$150 per individual entry or team leader entry, entries received by 9/9/2024, 11:59PM

$175 per individual entry or team leader entry, entries received by 10/14/2024, 11:59PM

$200 per individual entry or team leader entry, entries received by 10/29/2024, 11:59PM

$150 for each additional team member entry

Projects submitted for award consideration must have been completed between December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2024. ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, October 29, 2024 at 11:59 pm

Thinking of entering the 2024 Sacramento Chapter RotY Awards? Check Out These Tips:

Create a presentation (max 30 pages) that outlines the project goals and highlights the transformation you achieved.
- Include architectural drawings, before and after photos (high-resolution and horizontal preferred) and any other relevant project information.
Write a project summary in 100 words or less.
Complete and upload the Project Owner Agreement and Photographer Release form. If entering Residential Architectural Design category, please complete the Contractor Release form.
Submit your presentation, project summary, entry fee and additional supporting documents to NARI Sacramento, online HERE.

Additional rules and helpful info:

Who can enter: NARI members who have complete oversight of the remodeling project can enter the RotY awards. NARI Members who enter the award can add other NARI members that worked on the project as "Team Members." The entrant and the Team Members will all be equally recognized.
Judges: While the judging process for National RotY Awards is held on a separate occasion from chapter awards, some national judges participate in judging local awards.
